Location: Magnolia Neuro Rehab – Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation

Schedule: Weekdays | No weekends

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with a strong interest in neurological rehabilitation to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a PT who values clinical autonomy, collaboration, and meaningful patient outcomes.

 

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adult patients with neurological diagnoses including:

  • CVA, TBI, Parkinson’s disease, MS, balance disorders, vestibular dysfunction, and post-concussion

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on:

  • Gait and balance training

  • Neuromuscular re-education

  • Functional mobility and fall prevention

  • Strength, endurance, and motor control

• Collaborate closely with OT and SLP in an interdisciplinary setting

• Provide patient and caregiver education to support carryover and safety

• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

• Active state PT license (or eligibility)

• Interest or experience in neurologic rehabilitation preferred

• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment
