Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if Magnolia is right for me?
Are you someone who has a history of neurological injury or progressive neurological disease? Magnolia is the place for you!
We work with teens and adults of all ages to become as independent as possible despite their deficits.

Why don’t you accept my insurance?
We made a choice to adapt our business practices to provide you with the care that you deserve, and our current insurance system makes that difficult.
Traditional outpatient clinics typically run based off of reimbursement standards set by insurance companies. Therapy is not “one size fits all” and leads to complicated productivity standards and less time with clients. We don’t want this to be the case at Magnolia. From the moment you step in the door, our goal is to give you our full attention and provide you with the quality of care that we know is best.
The only insurance we accept is Medicare due to federal regulations, all other insurances are considered out-of-network.

Can I Be Reimbursed for Self-Pay Services?
Very likely! We offer a free third party service that takes care of out-of-network reimbursement for you. At the end of each treatment session, we will file a claim for coverage. According to records, most clients with out-of-network benefits are reimbursed at over 60% after deductible. Call us to immediately learn what your benefits may be. If you are not covered, we offer a sliding scale discount.

How are you different from other outpatient therapy clinics?
Our services take place in a private, home-like environment. Our clinic will never feel like you are being rushed in and out of a busy space. You will never be double booked with other clients or have to share your time. We believe one-on-one, individualized care is the best way to conduct neurological rehabilitation.
